To ensure the best experience for our customers and maintain a clean and safe environment, we kindly ask you to review and follow our service policies: Service Area • We service yards up to 1 acre unless otherwise agreed upon. • Areas that are excessively overgrown, cluttered, or unsafe may require additional fees or service may be declined until the area is accessible. Access to Property • Please ensure we have clear and safe access to your yard on your scheduled service day. • Gates must be unlocked or accessible, and aggressive pets must be secured indoors or away from the area needing service. • If we cannot access your yard, we will notify you. Missed services due to inaccessible yards are still billable. Pet Waste Removal • Our service includes locating, collecting, and removing visible pet waste from your yard. • Waste will either be bagged and disposed of in your outdoor garbage can (unless otherwise requested) or hauled away, depending on the service package you choose. Weather Policy • We operate in most weather conditions; however, extreme weather (heavy snow, dangerous storms, etc.) may delay service. • In case of unsafe conditions, we will notify you and reschedule your service as soon as possible.
